At Green People, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
